A Word About Pets: Cleaning in Homes with Furry Friends

As a cleaner, I have the privilege of working in many different homes, each with its own unique charm. One thing that often makes a house feel like a home is the presence of pets. Whether it’s a curious cat watching me work (and begging for a pat or chin scratch), a friendly dog greeting me at the door, or a cheerful bird singing in the background, I truly enjoy working in homes with animals.

I’m a big animal lover myself. I sadly lost my dog recently but still have 2 cats and 4 chickens of my own, so I completely understand how important your pets are to you. They are family, and I treat them with the same care and respect as I would my own.

No Need to Worry About the Mess

Pets bring so much love and joy, but they also come with a little extra mess. So if your cat has thrown up on the carpet, or your dog has left a trail of muddy paw prints, please don’t stress! These things happen, and I don’t mind cleaning them up as part of my service. If I have to mop the floor twice because your dog has brought in the mud, that is totally ok!

Need your kitty litter scooped during a clean? That’s also totally okay! Have some pet fur on the couch that needs a little extra attention? No problem at all. I understand that pets are a part of everyday life, and I’m happy to accommodate their needs while ensuring your home stays fresh and clean.

Keeping It Safe and Comfortable for Your Pets

When choosing the products to use in your home, I took into consideration the safety and comfort of your furry family members too. Simply Clean's products are safe for all of the family, weather they have 2 or 4 legs. The Vacuum cleaner is a very noisy and scary machine for little 4-legged beings so if your pet is a little nervous around new people or loud noises please let me know, I’m happy to adjust my cleaning routine to help them feel more at ease.
